For Strategic Introductions, the standard turnaround is 72 hours. For Managed Facilitation, we spend more time pre-qualifying both parties, typically resulting in a 7-to-14-day window for the first discovery call.
What happens if a match isn't the right fit?
Our vetting process is designed to minimize mismatches. However, if a facilitated introduction does not meet the strategic brief provided, our Managed Facilitation and Executive Support tiers include secondary outreach to ensure your objectives are met.
Can I upgrade my tier after the initial introduction?
Yes. Many clients begin with a Strategic Introduction to test network compatibility before moving into a Managed Facilitation agreement. The cost of your initial tier can be applied as a credit toward a higher-level partnership within 30 days.
Is the Executive Consultation fee refundable?
The consultation fee secures a private briefing slot with our Principal and covers the cost of our initial internal audit. While non-refundable, this fee is fully deductible from the final investment of an Executive Partnership agreement should you choose to proceed.
